The National Film Archive is a state contributory organisation established by the Ministry of Culture. It takes care of the Czech film heritage.

We concentrate mostly archival material on the activities of banks and writings related to economic and political developments and relations.

Makes available and publishes documents and archival material relating to the security forces in accordance with the Act on the disclosure of volumes resulting from the activities of the former State Security Service and the Act on Archives and Records Management and takes care of these documents.

We manage the collections, holdings and archives of the Jewish Museum. The archives contain the records of individual Jewish religious communities in Bohemia and Moravia.

We provide pre-archival care and shredding services in the perimeter of our operations. We focus on the processing, registration and accessibility of archival records. We preserve archival units in the fields of crop and livestock production, household equipment, transport, energy sources and automotive machinery or crafts.
