The basic mission of the professional independent organization is research, development and expert activities with national scope for all fields of transport and providing service activities for the MoD and other authorities and organizations of the state, public and private sectors.

Our company operates an accredited testing laboratory for building materials. Our main focus is on conducting proof and inspection tests on concrete, aggregates, soils, base courses and mixtures. We specialize in the assessment of the immutability of parameters of construction products and certification of management systems.

We are engaged in all three lines of development - basic, experimental and applied development. Emphasis is particularly on innovative approaches in: cattle breeding, possibilities of utilization and improvement of breeding products, possibilities of utilization of forage from permanent grassland for feeding and energy purposes, etc.

We carry out inspections and testing in the field of agricultural crops, meadows and pastures.
