Validation of new methods, technological procedures and quality assessment of pork.

The station serves as an experimental facility for the departments of crop production, forage and turfgrass science, agrochemistry and plant nutrition, agroecology, and biometeorology. Grants, research projects, bachelor, master and doctoral theses are carried out at the station.

The archive is involved in overseeing the records service in the Ministry of Defence, supervises shredding procedures, carries out the selection of archives and acts as a specialised archive. It searches the archives for information required by the authorities, legal entities and individuals, and presents archives to the public.

We research the relationship between health and physical activity or sport. In particular, we focus on the development and validation of biomedical technologies and methodologies that provide information on the responses and manifestations of adaptations to physical loading. We provide advice on clinical and sports nutrition.

The laboratory is a research facility in the field of exercise and sports physiology. We cooperate with domestic and foreign institutions. We deal with the issues of sports training management and evaluation of the state of the musculoskeletal system.

Teaching and practice of growing crops in a greenhouse. The greenhouses are used for specialized departmental teaching, for student practice, for departmental research and for undergraduate and graduate thesis research. The department also provides various biological material for the needs of various theoretical courses of the faculty.
