Our specialty is comprehensive care for the elderly and people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related diseases. We offer a comprehensive integration of social and health services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We build on expertise and empathy to provide confident and dignified care.

We are a state contributory organization established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. Our mission is to provide social and nursing care to people over 18 with severe visual impairment. We have nationwide competence.

We provide residential care for people with mental disabilities. The concept of independent households creates a family environment and respect for the individual needs of clients. There is a variety of, social therapeutic and activation activities including rehabilitation, animotherapy and many events outside the facility.

Operation of a 36-bed educational institution.

We operate a home for children diagnosed with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. We offer care for children with physical, mental, sensory or social disabilities. We provide rehabilitative and educational care.

We run a home for people aged 16 and over who need care and support. We provide after-school clubs, hygiene, meals and work integration. We also provide day and weekly residential services.

We operate a children's day care centre for clients with combined disabilities and autism aged 3 to 35 years and social activation services for families. We provide personal assistance, sheltered housing and workshops.

We are a residential diagnostic facility for children with ordered institutional education, imposed protective education or a provisional placement order, which in all cases is issued by the court.
