Adults over 27 years of age with reduced self-sufficiency who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation due to their chronic illness, i.e. a long-term or permanent, often incurable disease, in which the organism changes and requires continuous care. Also the elderly.

We operate sheltered housing. We provide help with managing routine personal care, hygiene and exercising rights. We offer educational and activation activities, mediation of contact with the social environment, social therapeutic activities. Meals are also provided.

Offering social day care for the elderly and people affected by Alzheimer's disease.

We provide outpatient services to people with combined and intellectual disabilities from Opava and surrounding areas. The mission of the residential care centre is to help these people to achieve the highest possible self-sufficiency and at the same time to enable them to spend their free time meaningfully in a team of peers.
