Diakonie ČCE - středisko Střední Čechy is a non-profit organization that provides 9 social services in 10 Central Bohemian towns and villages. We focus on helping people with mental and combined disabilities, seniors, people with dementia, mothers and families in crisis and people in difficult life situations.

Home for the elderly is a social service of the Senior Centre Kolín. Leaving home in old age and moving to a new and unfamiliar place is a step that brings with it fears of the future. We at the Senior Centre do everything we can to make this transition as easy as possible for your loved ones.

Providing services to citizens with reduced self-sufficiency due to age or medical condition. We offer transitional and long term housing for people with intellectual and combined disabilities. The service is for citizens over 56 years of age.

Providing meals, accommodation and social care to people with disabilities. We regularly organize various social and cultural events. There is a home for the elderly, sheltered housing. We provide independent living support and care services.

Offering nursing home, assisted living and respite services. Offer to provide round the clock social, nursing and medical care to clients who need it because of their disabilities.

Providing residential social care.

We provide services to children and adults who, due to mental or combined disabilities, have lower self-sufficiency, reduced intellectual abilities and whose situation requires regular assistance.

Offering residential care services for mentally handicapped women and girls. Providing accommodation and meals. Mediation of contact with the social environment. Provision of social therapeutic and activation activities, assistance in coping with routine tasks and personal hygiene.

Offer of residential social care for children and young people with varying degrees of intellectual disability from the age of 3 years.
