We provide help and support to people with disabilities. We enable adults with intellectual disabilities from the Ústí nad Labem region to live in Děčín in a barrier facility with a small capacity. The support is aimed at developing their skills and increasing their independence.

Providing inpatient and outpatient elderly care services. Operation of a home for the elderly and disabled, dining room and soup kitchen. Provision of rehabilitation and educational care for handicapped children. Provision of outpatient services for disabled citizens, catering and accommodation services.

We offer residential social services to people with intellectual and combined disabilities from 18 to 60 years of age who can manage basic housekeeping and want to learn to run a household independently. The facility is not suitable for the bedridden, blind and deaf.

We provide care for physically disabled persons. The total capacity is 75 places in single and double rooms. Ceramic workshops and social therapy workshops are available to clients. We go swimming, trips, recreations, concerts and organize parties and events.

We also provide sheltered housing for persons with disabilities who do not need continuous assistance and support because they can manage basic care of their person and household.

We provide comprehensive care for people with chronic mental illness. We also care for people with Huntington's disease. We strive to support the preservation of the client's self-sufficiency and abilities. We encourage contact with the natural social environment and cooperation with family. The home is located in the beautiful countryside.
