The Federation of Train Crews (hereinafter referred to as FVČ) is a trade union which operates as an independent and autonomous trade union association throughout the Czech Republic and mainly associates employees in railway transport. The FVČ is politically, economically and organisationally an independent trade union, independent of the state.

We defend the right of passengers to reliable and safe public transport in the Czech Republic.

We carry out the activities of a trade union.

The union contributes its activities to the development, consolidation and strengthening of a democratic society based on the protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms, including economic freedom, social justice and environmental responsibility.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

Advocacy for members' rights, interests and needs, particularly in the areas of employment, payroll and welfare.

Our union is dedicated to supporting workers in the automotive industry. We provide regular information about events, meetings and benefits we offer our members. Our goal is to strengthen collective bargaining and ensure better conditions for all.
