The Federation of Train Crews (hereinafter referred to as FVČ) is a trade union which operates as an independent and autonomous trade union association throughout the Czech Republic and mainly associates employees in railway transport. The FVČ is politically, economically and organisationally an independent trade union, independent of the state.

The union contributes its activities to the development, consolidation and strengthening of a democratic society based on the protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms, including economic freedom, social justice and environmental responsibility.

Our trade union defends the interests of the employees of Mayr-Melnhof Holz Paskov and strives to improve working, wage and social conditions in the company, which we are gradually succeeding in doing.
