The Small Business Association, z.s., was established with the goal of supporting the development of small businesses, defending the legitimate interests of its members, and creating opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and new opportunities.
We focus on protecting and promoting the professional, economic, skills, social, working and living conditions of our members. We organize seminars. In our program we continue the Christian democratic traditions of the first republic. We also engage in intensive cooperation with trade unions.
We are an independent professional association of legal and natural persons in business and tourism. Our aim is to protect and promote economic and social interests.
Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.
We offer advocacy for the rights, interests and needs of members, especially in the areas of labor, wage and benefit law. We focus on creating conditions to reduce unemployment, retain employment and promote job creation.
