We are an independent trade union that protects the rights and interests of hospital employees. We offer labour law support, collective bargaining and organize summer camps for employees' children. Our priority is to ensure fair working conditions and remuneration.

We support the doctors of the ambulance service in the Central Bohemia Region. We promote fair working conditions, equal pay and represent our members in negotiations with management and authorities. Together we strive for a better future for all emergency service employees.

The basic organization has been active in OSJ since its inception. Our ZO has about 190 active members and 35 pensioners. The works committee has 10 members and regularly discusses with employers labour law issues, occupational health and safety, the use of SF and FKSP, etc. in accordance with the Labour Code and collective agreements.

We defend the interests of our members in negotiations with the employer. We offer to negotiate collective agreements.

We are dedicated to promoting and protecting the labor, social, health, cultural, personal and other rights, legitimate interests and needs of our members. We organize professional trainings, discussions and lectures. We provide counselling. We represent members in relation to institutions and international organisations.
