Our organisation is dedicated to protecting workers' rights and ensuring fair working conditions. We help with collective bargaining, inform about important changes and provide advice on labour law.

The basic organization has been active in OSJ since its inception. Our ZO has about 190 active members and 35 pensioners. The works committee has 10 members and regularly discusses with employers labour law issues, occupational health and safety, the use of SF and FKSP, etc. in accordance with the Labour Code and collective agreements.

The Small Business Association, z.s., was established with the goal of supporting the development of small businesses, defending the legitimate interests of its members, and creating opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and new opportunities.

The organisation is an independent trade union which brings together employees regardless of their employment relationship with their employer. The organization will always defend the freedom of trade union association and trade union activity.
