The mission of our organization is to provide social welfare services to clients who are in an adverse situation as a result of their chronic mental illness or substance abuse.

We are dedicated to promoting and protecting the labor, social, health, cultural, personal and other rights, legitimate interests and needs of our members. We organize professional trainings, discussions and lectures. We provide counselling. We represent members in relation to institutions and international organisations.

The organization makes decisions about pension and sickness insurance benefits or the return of benefits. It collects insurance premiums and state employment policy contributions, acts in court, performs tasks in the payment of benefits abroad and ensures the issue of forms.

Provision of social services to persons who find themselves in an unfavourable life situation. The goal of the organization is to provide adequate support to these persons or their families so that they can live as long as possible with dignity.

We operate an educational institute for boys over 15 years of age with severe behavioural disorders who have been ordered to be institutionalized or placed on protective custody. The capacity of the facility is 48 children. In relation to the children, it mainly performs educational, training and social tasks.

Early Care and Education is a social service providing specialist support to families of children with disabilities or developmental risks due to adverse health conditions. It focuses both on supporting the family as a whole and on supporting the child's development with regard to their specific needs.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

We provide people with hearing and combined disabilities with comprehensive support in the form of social services that facilitate their integration into society (social rehabilitation, professional social counselling and interpreting services). We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.

We are a social enterprise and employ the disabled. We run the Teamcaffe Bistro at the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region. Every weekday you will find a selection of coffee from local roasters, our own desserts, sandwiches and a healthy lunch menu. We support the needy from coffee sales.
