We are dedicated to promoting and protecting the labor, social, health, cultural, personal and other rights, legitimate interests and needs of our members. We organize professional trainings, discussions and lectures. We provide counselling. We represent members in relation to institutions and international organisations.

We provide residential and outpatient services to persons with mental or intellectual and combined disabilities from the age of 18 years according to § 48, § 51 and § 67 of Act No.108/2006 Coll., on Social Services.

A social service that helps families with children who find themselves in an unfavourable life situation that they want to solve, but cannot solve on their own. The service is provided free of charge in Vlašim and surrounding municipalities (Vlašim Regional District Council).

We provide in the home for persons with disabilities according to § 48 (1) of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, residential services to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability, whose situation requires regular assistance of another natural person.

The organization makes decisions about pension and sickness insurance benefits or the return of benefits. It collects insurance premiums and state employment policy contributions, acts in court, performs tasks in the payment of benefits abroad and ensures the issue of forms.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

Care for mentally disabled or chronically mentally ill women and men from 27 to 64 years old. We provide accommodation, meals and help with personal hygiene and with the management of normal self-care tasks. We offer social therapy and activation activities. We run a ceramics workshop.

Offering rehabilitation care to clients with intellectual disabilities from the age of three in a facility and in the family. Care includes close cooperation with the family, alternative home with a program to achieve the highest possible quality of life, facilitation programs - teamwork, comprehensive rehabilitation, nursing care.

Providing trade union activities of a medical association.

We run a social therapy workshop at this location. We teach people with disabilities how to make ceramics or products from wood or paper.

Operation of an educational institute with the possibility of secondary education. There is a catering facility.
