The organisation makes decisions on pension and sickness insurance benefits or the repayment of benefits. It collects insurance premiums and state employment policy contributions, acts in court, performs tasks in the payment of benefits abroad and ensures the issue of forms.

Provision of trade union services.

We advise members on employment, payroll and welfare issues. The essence of union activity is to offer and provide services to union members who are organized in local groups, as well as to unorganized railroaders for whom we offer representation.

Social services: the Gloria Asylum House for mothers with children in distress, the Home with special treatment for people with Alzheimer's disease, the Day Care Centre for the elderly, the Magdala Counselling Centre.

Assistance to women victims of domestic violence: professional social counselling (appointment required), shelter accommodation with a confidential address, residential crisis assistance for up to 7 days, free and 24-hour crisis telephone assistance.

We provide social prevention and social care services for blind and visually impaired citizens.

We are a non-profit organization providing social services to women in need. We have a field service called the Marie Programme, a Low Threshold Day Centre for Women, and a Support in Social Housing programme.
