The association brings together municipalities to jointly contribute to the development of the region. The member municipalities are Dobřenice, Hvozdnice, Kratonohy, Lhota pod Libčany, Libčany, Obědovice and Osice. It also includes Osičky, Praskačka, Roudice, Syrovátka and Urbanice. The municipalities cooperate in the fields of culture, education and physical education.

Our goal is the cooperation of our member municipalities in providing for all the life needs of the citizens of the municipalities of the association. We aim to hold regular meetings of the elected bodies of the association and inform other members of the results of the meetings and circulate detailed minutes.

Operation of an association for the development of culture and tourism, focusing on the cultural offer of the associated cities. The association publishes its own promotional materials in three languages (ČJ, AJ, NJ) and regularly participates in domestic and foreign tourism fairs.

The association was founded in 2001 and currently brings together 10 municipalities. These are the villages that were most affected by the decisive battle of the war in 1866: Benátky, Čistěves, Hořiněves, Máslojedy, Neděliště, Sendražice, Střezetice, Světí, Vrchovnice and Všestary.
