The association was founded in response to the efforts of miners to resume gravel mining in the immediate vicinity of the village. The association works for the citizens of Lohenice and for people from the wider area who use our locality for recreation, sport and relaxation.

We demand that during the restoration of the park, trees should only be cut down and bushes removed if it is absolutely necessary.
