We are an association of property inspectors that brings together professionals in the field of technical inspections. We offer training, professional publications and support the education of our members. Our goal is to ensure a quality real estate market where all parties are well informed and protected from risk.

Since 1994, we have been preparing at Toulcův dvoře: - ecological educational programmes for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools - events of the Mateřídouška Family Centre, including suburban camps - training of teachers and lecturers: conferences, seminars, specialisation studies for EVVO coordinators - rental of educational and social spaces.

We are an ensemble that specializes in the interpretation of sacred music, especially cantatas by J. S. Bach and works by the old Czech masters. Our projects include concerts with leading Czech soloists and we also focus on contemporary music. We organize Christmas concerts dedicated to Czech Christmas music.

Our club brings together Moto Guzzi enthusiasts and we organise various events each year, such as summer get-togethers and charity raffles. We offer facilities for fans and support the community. We enjoy attending motorcycle events and gatherings where we share our passion and experiences.
