We are a voluntary association that focuses on education and awareness in the field of sailing. We offer educational processes and organize activities for our members. We promote the development of sailing and protect the rights of our members against organisations and governmental institutions.

The purpose of the association is the protection of the environment, the development of cultural and natural heritage, and making the historical legacy of the ancestors in the Hlízov municipality, in the Kutnohorskie and Kolín region visible in people's minds. The association has no employees. All members carry out their work on a voluntary basis.

We operate an association that exercises fishing law, ensures the breeding, protection or catching of fish, environmental protection and develops and popularizes the sport of fishing. We organise competitions, issue fishing licences and provide training for fishermen, including qualification tests.
