We provide construction and legal activities of the city. We manage zoning proceedings, conduct permitting and state building inspections, review project documents and permit building removal. We assign and register descriptive numbers. We operate the water management and air protection departments.

We provide city management, civil registry and population registration. We verify signatures and copies of deeds, register movable and immovable property, dogs and grave sites. We prepare budget proposals, background materials, economic analyses and authorize the operation of slot machines.

We deal with theatrical, literary and musical work. We are an association of professional and non-professional artists , united by the desire to seek new means of communication between the creator and the addressee of the artwork.
