General high school provides four-year and eight-year studies.

We are a complete school with 1st to 9th progressive year. In grade I, teaching takes place in two parallel classes, in grade II, usually in three parallel classes. Approximately 500 pupils attend the school. There are three departments of the school's kindergarten. The capacity of the school is 600 pupils, and of the after-school club 85 pupils.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children (OSPOD). We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the department of health and social affairs.

Providing nature and landscape and agricultural land conservation, veterinary care, air and waste management, water and forestry and hunting. We issue permits for felling of trees. We keep track of publicly accessible purpose-built roads, paths and footpaths.

International educational movement for youth and children from 6 years old organizes meetings, expeditions, events and camps. The basic mission is to promote the personality development of young people, their spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical abilities. We run boys and girls clubs.

The municipal police provide local public order matters.
