City management. Provides activities for the internal needs of the city government, bookkeeping, budgeting.

Organizing cultural events. We focus on amateur theatre.

Management of the town's property and property rights. The department provides for the collection of admission fees, dog fees, slot machine fees, debt collection, and recording of city property. Other responsibilities of the department include methodological activities for school facilities, communication between school facilities and the county office.
