We are a regional educational institution, providing education or material and social care for young people, mostly with normal mental development. These are children who cannot be brought up in their own family for a serious reason. Children are placed in the institution only on the basis of a court decision.

Organizing religious services and religious meetings.

We run a society to help animals in need. We help provide funding, materials, food and veterinary care.

We focus on the management of city property and property rights, providing capital construction, land sales and leases. We arrange and coordinate comprehensive insurance for the City's property and other insurances, and are responsible for claims handling.

We operate a primary school for 390 pupils. We have a recreation room with a capacity of 50 seats and our own canteen. We try to create a calm and pleasant working atmosphere for the pupils. We apply proven forms of teaching and focus on general education including foreign languages, computer science and physical education.

We provide organization of leisure and recreational activities for children, youth and adults. We operate a day care centre. We are engaged in teaching English, German and Russian language. We offer floorball, shooting, tennis, dance, ceramics, fishing and drama clubs. We organize various trips and camps.

We run a primary school with a new dining room. We have two gyms and a multifunctional sports complex. We use specialist rooms, including a computer and multimedia room focused on languages. Education is expanded to include financial mathematics and education - communication, environmental and media.
