We operate a state vocational school providing three-year training in nursing and horticulture, agriculture, upholstery, saddlery, masonry, painting and decorating.

The department maintains the vehicle register, carries out state professional supervision in road transport, manages the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. It provides driving licences, certificates of professional competence of drivers, exchange of foreign driving licences for Czech ones and registration of offences.

Bringing together disabled children, youth, adults and their friends. We offer rehabilitative swimming, creative workshops and Music Therapy. We focus on working with disabled children, youth and adults. We organise cultural and social events, trips, tournaments, playschemes and weekend breaks.

The department is engaged in commissioning and managing the development of the city's investment projects and ensuring their implementation.

Providing leisure activities in clubs or courses for children and adults. We offer ceramics, fishing, modelling, motoring and language clubs, aerobics and majorette sport. We organise social events, children's carnivals, fishing and aeromodelling competitions and trips to theatre performances.
