We operate a kindergarten for 29 children with a canteen. There is an English club, ceramics and speech therapy. We provide swimming lessons and visits to the salt cave. We organize performances for the public.

Our association brings together members and volunteers who are interested in the cultural heritage, history, tradition and appearance of the landscape below the Jestřebí Mountains and the surrounding area and want to participate in the preservation and revival of these values. We employ people with reduced working capacity in the created sheltered workshops.

We run a primary school for 60 pupils with extended language learning. We organize special interest groups such as ceramics, religion, theatre, computers and English. There is a canteen and a day care centre.

A town of approximately 2300 inhabitants. Part of the territory falls within the Krkonoše National Park.
