The unit ensures the protection of public order, receives notifications from the public and conducts investigations into offences and crimes committed in their area of jurisdiction.

The aim of the association is to bring together pole dance clubs, sports facilities, coaches and athletes. To promote the development of pole dancing from national to world level, which includes the care of national pole dance representatives, not only members of the CSPD.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We ensure the protection of lives, health and property of residents during fires and provide effective assistance during emergencies. We carry out the liquidation of fires and technical accidents. We are also engaged in organizing cultural events and working with youth.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. Issuance of zoning and building permits and notices for minor construction, alteration and maintenance work.

International educational movement for youth and children from 7 years old, organizes meetings, expeditions, events and camps.

Provision of environmental protection. Management of local roads. Preparation of documents for contracting and provision of energy and utility supplies and management and maintenance of buildings for the municipality.

We run an amateur theatre. We organize theatre performances.

Beekeepers Association. Sale of honey and bee products. Promotion of bee colonies, research in beekeeping, protection of brood resources, promotion of maintaining the health of bee colonies, influencing and recruiting young people for beekeeping.

Primary school for 350 pupils in a quiet part of town. We run a school day care for 85 pupils and a school canteen. We organise a number of cultural, sporting and educational events for the pupils.

The first written record dates back to 1352. The church of St. Procopius is located in the town.
