We hold church services, Bible classes and spiritual meetings. We also organize tours, concerts, exhibitions and lectures. We take up collections and provide aid to the needy.

Management of the city's economy. The branch deals with all accounting operations, invoicing, recording of municipal assets and also audit activities. It also administers local taxes. It handles the treasury operations, payroll and personnel areas as well as the slot machine area.

Providing civil registration and population registration. The department deals with the municipality's management of residential and non-residential property, registration of applicants for housing, management of urban forests and maintenance of public green spaces. It organises the work of the public works staff and the area of identity cards.
