Special school for the education and training of adolescent boys aged 15 to 18. Residence in the facility is possible only on the basis of a court order for institutional or protective education. We offer education in the fields of mechanical engineering, construction work, woodwork, painting and varnishing.

A grammar school offering four-year and six-year general studies. We participate in educational projects and run a school council. We provide guidance from an educational counsellor.

The kindergarten for 8 children with a dining room aims to make the children's stay in the hospital more pleasant, to shorten the long waiting time for their loved ones and for going home.

We focus on creating the conditions to effectively protect the life and health of citizens and property from fires and in providing assistance during natural disasters and emergencies.

The Finance Department is primarily responsible for the annual preparation of the city budget, controlling its implementation and its adjustment by budgetary changes during the year. It also handles all financial operations and movements in the City's bank accounts, including the administration of loans received.
