A primary arts school for 530 pupils with a focus on teaching music, art, dance and literature and drama. We teach violin, viola, double bass, piano, electric keyboard, organ, recorder, flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, tuba, drums or guitar.

Organization operating water supply and sewerage systems within the Plumlov-Vícov municipal union or within the Plumlovsko micro-region.

We offer library services. We provide lending of books and magazines. Internet is available to the public. We organize social events, competitions and parties for children and adults.

Operation of the volunteer fire brigade. The fire brigade protects the lives, health and property of citizens from fires, floods and other emergencies, and provides technical assistance.

We provide construction and legal activities of the city. We make decisions on permit renewal proceedings or acquire planning documents. We also provide governmental oversight in building authority matters. In the field of spatial planning we prepare spatial planning documentation for the territory of the town of Plumlov.

Operation of the association.

We manage the management of the city. We provide civil registration and population records, maintain electoral registers and record losses and finds. We also recover fines or costs imposed in misdemeanor proceedings.

Organization of cultural and social events, including the provision of transport of people by minibus. We also provide educational and training events with an emphasis on children and youth. We arrange amateur art societies. We help with talent scouting and subsequent growth.

The first written report dates back to 1310. The town is situated at an altitude of 308 metres. There are 2,464 inhabitants.

Children's home offering refuge to abandoned children and orphans. The maximum capacity of the children's home is 24 children. The children participate in food preparation, minor repairs, cleaning and garden work. We organize cultural and social events and participate in competitions.

The unit ensures the protection of public order, receives notifications from the public and conducts investigations into offences and crimes committed in their area of jurisdiction.
