It is a full-time secondary education. It is intended for pupils with moderate mental disabilities or pupils with mild mental disabilities in combination with other disabilities.

Church General High School provides four or eight years of study. Organization of physical activities and sports clubs at the school.

We provide civil registry and population registration, misdemeanors, issuing of ID cards, travel documents, driver's licenses. We perform the function of road administration office and others.

We exercise fishing law, provide fish breeding, protection and hunting, environmental protection, develop and popularize fishing sport. We are involved in after-school education of children and youth in the field of fishing and fishing sport. We organise cultural and sporting events or fishing competitions.

Operation of a kindergarten for 56 children. We attend theatre performances, participate in competitions organized by the primary school, perform at joint public entertainments. We organize talks for parents, walking tours, trips to meet fairy tale characters and more.

We operate a primary school for 410 pupils with a day care centre. We organize various competitions, trips, outdoor schools or sports tournaments. We publish a school magazine.

We manage the city's property and property relations.

The first written report dates back to 1289. The town is located at an altitude of 410 metres. There are 5,232 inhabitants. Among the most important monuments are the Church of the Corpus Christi, the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, cv. Wenceslas Church, Marian Column and Family House V. J. Tomášek.
