We run a kindergarten for 177 pupils. There are seven classes of which four are heterogeneous and three (preschoolers) are homogeneous.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We run a club for mothers with children. We offer babysitting, leisure activities, suburban camps and residential events. The centre is open to different groups of people from babies to adults. There is a board games club for young and old.

We are engaged in association of those interested in nature and environmental protection. We operate an eco-centre. We provide information about the State Environmental Fund. We organize events.

We provide craft demonstrations at historical and cultural events. We offer re-enactment workshops which are a suitable addition to historical, cultural and educational events for visitors of all ages.

Movie club operation.

Elementary school for 48 children with a day care center. We offer instruction to students with intellectual or sensory disabilities and speech impairments. There is a school workshop, a training kitchen, a growing area, ICT room, gymnasium, library and playground. We take part in competitions, field trips, exhibitions and swimming lessons.

The unit ensures the protection of public order, receives notifications from the public and conducts investigations into offences and crimes committed in their area of jurisdiction.

We provide services to children and families from Votick in adverse social situations. Services provided: low threshold facility for children and youth, social activation service for families, family rehabilitation, social housing.
