We operate a general four-year and eight-year grammar school ending with a final examination. We organise open days, trips, tours and extra-curricular activities.

We operate a state vocational high school with a cafeteria, focusing on teaching four-year courses in information technology, management and human resources, or marketing and communications. We have vocational classrooms. We participate in international programmes. We are involved in exchange visits to France.

Kindergarten for 46 children provides educational and training activities and full-day boarding. The children have access to a spacious garden equipped with a sandpit, climbing frames, and garden furniture.

We provide civil registration and population registration. We deal with the issuance of identity cards or passports. We also deal with offences against civil coexistence, public order and property. We offer rental of grave sites.

We offer accommodation for students in double, triple and quadruple rooms with a total capacity of 48 beds. The sanitary facilities are common for each floor. There is a common room with TV and DVD player, a small gym and a kitchen.

We organize religious services, religious meetings and vespers. We offer religious instruction for children.

We deal with the issuance of decisions on the granting of a license or suspension of the trade. We keep the trade register within the scope of our administrative district. We also provide state professional supervision in road transport and administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences.

We provide construction and legal activities of the city. We issue decisions on the location of construction, change of land use or subdivision or consolidation of land. We also carry out building approvals as well as extensions of time to complete construction. We provide conservation care.

Primary school for 117 children with a nursery and preparatory school. The school educates pupils aged from 6 to 26 with intellectual and combined disabilities, children with learning disabilities and autistic children.

The association focuses on strengthening the "memory of Liblice", maps the history of the village and tries to bring the historical development of the village closer to the current population. In addition, the association participates in other public events.
