We operate a lock.

The first written record dates back to 1290. The village is located at an altitude of 165 metres. The village has a rich history, there are valuable technical and historical monuments. Many sporting, cultural and social events are organized every year.

We operate a library offering books and magazines for loan. We offer access to public internet, lending books from other libraries. We provide bibliographic and information services, studying materials in the library premises, booking books.

Primary school for 225 pupils with a day care and a canteen. There is a sports ground on the school premises.

We run a kindergarten. The capacity of the kindergarten is 70 children, which are divided into 3 classes according to age, children aged three to seven are usually accepted.

We operate a civil association for the integration of people with intellectual and combined disabilities. We help with the creation of jobs with the support of assistants for people with intellectual disabilities.

The parish holds services and retreats.

We conduct research in a wide range of nuclear physics, both experimental and theoretical. We are also involved in related fields of science. Selected problems of theoretical subnuclear physics and mathematical physics are studied. Nuclear theory focuses on nuclear structure, hyper-nuclei and others.

Our goal is to actively contribute to the education of the rising generation to pride, patriotism and the ability to face crisis situations.

We are a professional chamber of social protection of children, which focuses on the support and protection of children in the Czech Republic. We offer membership and specialist sections for professionals involved in this important area. Our aim is to improve the situation in the social and legal protection of children.
