Operation of the primary school. Pupils of the 1st and 2nd year are taught in two classes here and then move to the 3rd year in the building in Kosmonosy. The workplace includes two departments of the after-school club and a lunch room with a canteen.

The library has approximately 5,000 library items and 32 titles of journals, 29 of which are domestic, are continuously available. We subscribe to the journal Psychiatrische Praxis.

Provides management of the city's economy. Methodologically manages and prepares the budget, budget amendments, budget provisioning of the city, monitors the implementation of the budget and prepares semi-annual and annual reports on its implementation. Manages the City Treasury and collects cash receipts. Maintains the City's accounting records.
