Offering library services of a nationwide scientific and technical library. We focus on specialized literature. We organise training courses on topics in the fields of geodesy, geography, geodynamics, metrology and land registration.

Operation of a five-class kindergarten for 125 children with a canteen. We organize children's events and trips. We offer an English language and ceramics club. There is a gym and school playground area.
