We run a primary school for 390 pupils with a day care, club and dining room. We participate in cultural and sporting events.

The Association exercises fishing law, ensures the breeding, protection and catching of fish or the protection of the environment, and develops and popularizes the sport of fishing. It also organises amateur, league and international competitions and issues fishing licences.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages.

Organization of religious services and spiritual meetings. Operation of a mixed choir.

International educational movement for youth and children aged 6 and up organizes meetings, expeditions, events and camps.

We operate a library with a children's and adult section and internet access. We offer the possibility to obtain a book that is not in the library's collection through an interlibrary loan service. We cooperate with the school, pupils come with their teachers for discussions, joint readings or competitions.

We operate a volunteer fire brigade. We intervene in fires around the town and cooperate with ZHS Dobris in larger fires. We also intervene in natural disasters such as floods, we arrange and co-organize cultural events under the auspices of the city. We regularly organize witch burnings.
