The Authority provides construction and legal activities of the City. It issues planning and building permits and also deals with construction offences. It cooperates in investment activities in the administrative territory of the city. It ensures the state administration of roads.

We are a non-profit organization that promotes the general development of the region.

The department handles the city's budget, its accounting and billing. It handles treasury matters, administration of local taxes and gaming machines. It manages the personnel, payroll and property records of the City.

We provide library services. We provide electronic book searching in the on-line catalog, printing and copying. We procure specialist books and journals on interlibrary loan. Internet access is available. We organize discussions and competitions for kindergarten and primary school pupils and children's home.

The department provides state administration in the field of air, nature and landscape protection and waste management. It maintains the building authority's file. It prepares waste management reports, prepares and draws up contracts for the sale and purchase of immovable property. It deals with the land-use planning agenda.

Kindergarten with three classes and a capacity of 28 children per class. Provision of meals for children in the school canteen, which is part of the school. Organising trips and games for the children. We work according to the school curriculum: "Nature from autumn to summer".

Our school is a twelve year old school, striving for the harmonious development of the child's personality based on an anthroposophical view of man, with the aim of preparing the handicapped child for an independent practical life. We integrate pupils with different kinds of disabilities.

Children's home with a capacity of 56 children provides education for abandoned children and orphans from 6 to 15 years old. There are soccer, basketball and tennis courts. We provide the basics of education according to relevant educational programs. We provide preparation for independent living outside of institutional care.

Volunteer Fire Department.

Primary school for 56 pupils with dining room divided into 8 classes. We implement the educational program of primary, special and special school. There are specialised classrooms for teaching computers and music and art, including a potter's wheel and kiln, workshops, gym and table tennis.
