Elementary Practical School.

A joint project of fellow citizens for active and passive recreation.

We operate a parish of the Roman Catholic Church. We organize services, spiritual meetings, confessions. We believe in the sacraments of baptism, confirmation, reconciliation, altar, marriage, priesthood, anointing of the sick, burial and ordination.

City Management. Handles all payment and clearing, banking operations, fund transfers. Keeps records of regulations, depreciation and payments on individual receivables, accounting of movement of assets under the management of the city, local fees.

We run a kindergarten for 100 children with a canteen. We offer extracurricular activities in music, art, dance and movement. There is a school garden with climbing frames. We go to an outdoor school.

We operate a city library. We lend educational literature, fiction, children's literature, magazines and CDs. We have an online catalogue of books and public internet. We provide photocopying and interlibrary loan services. We organize literary talks and other events for the public.

Protecting the lives, health and property of the public during fires and providing effective assistance during emergencies. We provide events, training and public education for emergencies. We provide state fire supervision and offer a psychological service.

Offering a summer children's tent camp on the Sázava River.

The first written report dates back to 1218. The town is located at an altitude of 242 metres. Cultural sights include the Picart Tower, a castle, bird houses and a Jewish synagogue. The films Kolya and Rebels were filmed here.

International educational movement for youth and children from 6 years old organizes meetings, expeditions, events and camps.

Primary school for 300 pupils with a school canteen, a day care centre and a children and youth home. We run sports, aesthetic, science or language clubs. We organize trips, camps, tournaments and school events.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. The department manages the zoning proceedings within the scope of the territorial competence of the building authority and the registration of issued decisions. It also carries out inspections of buildings under construction at the stages specified in the conditions of the building permit and issues consent to change the use of the building.
