Operation of a state practical school providing two-year education.

The general four-year and eight-year high school offers full-time studies. We organize competitions, sports courses, trips, fundraisers, seminars and a Christmas bazaar for our students.

We operate a kindergarten for 60 children with a school canteen. We provide art, language and speech therapy classes. We teach according to our own educational program.

Providing administration in the field of education and culture. Provides for promotion of the city, publishing promotional materials and broadcasting of city radio. Oversees maintenance and repair of kindergarten facilities, elementary schools, the Children's and Youth House, the City's cultural facilities and playgrounds.
