The unit ensures the protection of public order, receives notifications from the public and conducts investigations into offences and crimes committed in their area of jurisdiction.

Operation of the volunteer fire brigade. Protection of life, health and property of the population in case of fires and provision of effective assistance in emergencies.

Running a leisure centre for parents on maternity leave and their pre-school children. Offering a programme for children without parents, a little chicle and exercise classes for little ones. We organize programs for school age children - English for preschoolers and kindergarteners. We also provide a program for moms.

Primary school for 600 pupils with a day care centre, canteen and library. Providing sports, language, speech therapy and ceramics clubs.

The Finance Department handles the City's budget and accounting. Manages local fees and billing. It handles personnel, payroll, and public space encroachment.
