Primary school for 620 pupils with a nursery for 100 children. Education is also provided for children with various disabilities. There is a ceramics workshop, a sports complex and hall, two gymnasiums and a canteen. We organize sports competitions, ski courses, excursions and trips.

Providing civil registration and population registration. Receives and handles petitions. Maintains the information system of population registration and the permanent voters' list. Assists in organising elections and referendums. Deals with offences under the law and represents the city in administrative proceedings.

The department prepares and approves the budget and final accounts of the city, carries out accounting operations. It manages the gaming machines, contractual relations, immovable and movable property of the city. It handles transfers and conveyances of municipal property. It administers local taxes, registers and recovers debts.
