Our aim is to organise cultural, social and sporting events mainly in the places where our members live. We organize children's days, bourbon gatherings, lantern parades and other events. We sell calendars. We try to improve the non-work activities of parents with children in the village.

Kindergarten for 56 children with dining room. Children who do not attend the kindergarten can also visit. Swimming, singing and English language lessons offered. We run a music and creative drama club. We provide speech therapy.

Primary school with a capacity of 100 pupils with a day care and dining room offering religious education and sports, dyslexia, drama and music and folklore clubs. There is a school library and a school council. We participate in various domestic and international projects.

The main mission of the institute is to solve problems in the regional labor market, promote employment, education and develop strategies for the labor market.

We strive to make people with hearing impairments and the elderly as independent as possible from other people and institutions. We defend their rights and interests.
