The first written report dates back to 1634. The village is located at an altitude of 288 metres. Various social, cultural and sporting events are held in the village every year. The village has hunters' and gardeners' associations, TJ Sokol, etc.

We are a primary school, kindergarten and playgroup that works with the Montessori method. We provide education for children from 1.5 years to 15 years. Our school is staffed by experienced Montessori guides - with international and Czech training. We also emphasize English language teaching from kindergarten onwards.

Primary school with a capacity of 100 pupils with a day care and dining room offering religious education and sports, dyslexia, drama and music and folklore clubs. There is a school library and a school council. We participate in various domestic and international projects.

Kindergarten with eight classrooms for 205 children with garden and dining room. We organize trips to nature and culture, regular play sessions, sporting events or farewell ceremonies for preschoolers. We run creative art workshops.
