Every story has a beginning. Ours began in 1754. It is from this year that the first mention of the house in Březina u Křtiny, where we laid the foundations of the 1754 ROASTERY brand three years ago, comes from. A place with a history that we have transformed into a coffee space with character and meaning.

We are a family-run roastery of fine coffee with our own espresso bar. We roast espresso and of course light filter coffee. You can order through our e-shop or stop by and taste directly. We still have room for new wholesale customers, so don't hesitate to get in touch.

We sell freshly roasted coffee, coffee makers and other accessories for making great coffee at home. Our family-run roastery roasts fresh coffee for you every day in small batches and packs it up as soon as possible after roasting. From the roastery straight to your coffee machine.

The Tišnov Roastery is the background and production site of the Brno Roastery, where we regularly roast fresh, select coffee from all over the world. From here all orders from our e-shop go to our customers and partners. This branch works primarily as a dispensing point for personal collection of orders from the e-shop.
