We also offer a large selection of cakes in various shapes and sizes. We can also prepare a custom-made cake to your exact specifications. In the summer months you can buy ice cream from us.

I'm an avid low carb cook and am inspired to go without white flour and sugar in my diet. I bake low carb desserts and gluten free cakes to order. All are suitable for diabetics and coeliacs. I am the author of several cookbooks in print and eBooks.

We produce cakes and mini cakes, whipped cream, fruit, cheesecake and cream cakes. We also offer Christmas cakes, children's cakes, birthday cakes, wedding cakes and cakes for corporate events.
