An Italian pizzeria with an emphasis on atmosphere, honest ingredients and modern, elegant style.

Looking for an authentic taste of Italy in Prague. Caruso Pizza & Pasta brings you freshly baked pizza made with premium ingredients, crispy baguettes and rich salads. We pride ourselves on speed, quality and honest preparation. Stop by for takeout or take advantage of our delivery service directly to your home.

We are a pizzeria dedicated mainly to quality dough and ingredients, authentic Italian pizza that is light and easy to digest. We don't use sugar, milk or other unnecessary things and we make our pizza using a small amount of yeast and let it mature and rise naturally - by cold fermentation.

We are a small pizzeria with outdoor seating and delivery in Stara Boleslav. We care about the quality of our ingredients and we prepare each pizza with love and joy.

Podáváme pizzu, těstoviny, saláty a dezerty. Nabízíme rozvoz po okolí.

We offer great beers Kozel 11, Svijanský Máz and Kněžna, or Birrel pomelo grep. Italian wines are a classic on tap, and we always have pizza 32 and 50 cm on tap. New is the Carpaccio appetizer, and desserts include Carrot Cake or gluten-free almond cake. We have a cozy garden, a children's playroom, darts and a private lounge.
