The tradition of the inn, which provided food and facilities for people and horses on the imperial journey from Strakonice to Prague, dates back to the 19th century. In 2019, this history comes to life again in a modern concept, under the hands of experienced chef Martin Jiskra and his family.

We are very happy to welcome you in the renovated restaurant Sokolovna. We opened to the public in April 2017. We offer draught beers from the bourgeois brewery DUDÁK in Strakonice. Now we are also open on Saturdays and Sundays with a lunch menu. You can choose many traditional dishes from the permanent menu.
