We run a restaurant. Modern gastronomy awaits you here, and of course also tried and tested Czech classics. We offer quality coffee with homemade desserts. On tap we have premium lagers from the Svijany brewery. Or you can just sit back with a glass of wine from the family winery.

The panoramic restaurant on Ještěd offers modern and fresh cuisine with Czech classics during the day, while the menu changes in the evening for more festive occasions. Parking is available during the day at the top of Ještěd, or in the parking lots along the way. In addition to the restaurant, there is a bistro open daily and a kiosk and ice cream in the summer.

In our stylish brasserie and in the adjacent garden we will refresh you with excellent Svijan beer. The restaurant focuses on typical Czech cuisine. We offer a lunch menu as well as grilled dishes and delicacies with beer. We also have several delicacies prepared directly in the oven.

We operate a pizzeria near the ski resort. We offer pizza. The premises are air-conditioned. There is a garden. We organize banquets and corporate events.

We run a restaurant. We have seating for 80, air conditioning, a lounge, a terrace with a grill, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and a children’s play area. Dogs are welcome. We host wedding receptions, banquets, celebrations, parties, and children’s parties.
