Restaurant Operation.

We operate a non-smoking restaurant offering traditional Czech cuisine. Total capacity is 60 seats and in the lounge then 30 seats. Possibility to connect to Wi-Fi or pay by card. Possibility of organizing corporate events, weddings, training, banquets or graduations. In the summer there is a garden.

We operate a pub with a capacity of 55 seats. Taste fresh beef and lamb, venison from nearby forests, seasonal vegetables, herbs and other local ingredients that are a pleasure to cook with. These ingredients are the basis of our menus.

The hotel restaurant is open every day not only to hotel guests but also to day trippers passing by Medlov. With a capacity of 150 seats and a summer terrace, the restaurant offers hot and cold cuisine or alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

We offer catering services based on the concept of authentic American BBQ. We prepare a classic BBQ menu using wood in our offset smoker. We cater to both private and corporate events. We also operate a restaurant.

You can rent the restaurant for your family celebration, wedding, training, corporate event, party, class reunion or any other banquet.

We offer hot and cold cuisine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is an outdoor playground with a wooden castle and a slide or a children's playground.

Operation of a non-smoking restaurant for 70 guests. There is a lounge with 30 seats, a terrace for 35 guests or a children's play area. We organize wedding receptions, corporate events or family celebrations.

We run a restaurant with a steak bar. We offer appetizers, soups, beef, pork, chicken, fish, burgers, grilled vegetables, salads and desserts, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Operation of the restaurant.

A traditional restaurant with Czech delicacies is prepared for visitors in the Eden area. We are proud of our organic beef, from which we prepare primarily beef goulash or meat for our Bioburgers. We cook with quality local ingredients and offer a wide range of drinks including Mittrowsky beer.

Each week, a choice of three menus daily, plus other delicacies (steaks, sauces, fried dishes and many other goodies). At the weekend you can have homemade pizza, tartare with toast (to be ordered the day before). For the kids, perhaps a pancake with ice cream, an ice cream sundae or a spun Italian ice cream.
