The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We offer a selection of coffee, Pilsner on tap, Knoll wines and snacks made from local ingredients. The quiet sitting area in the countryside is ideal for cyclists, hikers and families with children, there is also a playground.

We are a popular centre of wine tourism. Throughout the year you can come here to taste 60 selected top wines from winemakers whose wines come from Pálava and the surrounding area. There is also a stylish wine bar.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Imagine that you have 6 glasses of wine in front of you and your task is to determine their type. Each wine tastes different - one is extra dry, one tastes like a barrique, one is fresh as a summer breeze. The catch is that in each glass you have only Riesling. Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting.
