We are a small young family winery. We concentrate on producing wines from grapes that ripen on our 5 hectares of vineyards. We take care of our vineyards with respect for nature and the landscape. Our annual production is 30,000 bottles of unique appellation wines.

The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We offer a selection of coffee, Pilsner on tap, Knoll wines and snacks made from local ingredients. The quiet sitting area in the countryside is ideal for cyclists, hikers and families with children, there is also a playground.

Our company focuses on wine and organizing wine events where you can taste local wines from different winemakers. We also offer refreshments and cultural programs to enrich the tasting experience. We believe that every wine fan will find something to enjoy.

The wine bar consists of three rooms and a bar with a total capacity of up to 80 people. Wine tasting. Suitable for corporate parties and various family celebrations. Possibility of training up to 40 people.

The wine bar, located in the wine cellar, offers not only wine tasting, but also excellent coffee from the local roastery, mixed drinks, homemade lemonades, homemade pates, and always something sweet to eat.

The small, family-run winery was founded in 2019. Currently, it farms less than a hectare of vineyards, the remaining grapes are from Přítluk. The red wines are characterized by a longer "on the skins" period and subsequent aging in barrels. The wines are characterised by their freshness and varietal character, which reflects the terroir.

Cellar in South Moravia with year-round operation and a capacity of up to 100 people. It is suitable for corporate presentations, celebrations, social parties and business meetings. You can spend your stay with dulcimer music or accordion, artistic performances.

We are not just about wine, but also a meeting place where themed tastings, fun-filled evenings and gastronomic events are held to delight all lovers of good food and drink.

We operate a family owned non-smoking wine cellar with a capacity of 80 people. We offer the possibility of organizing corporate events, family celebrations, wedding receptions, graduations, banquets, wine tastings, etc.
